Making the future brighter
Who We Are
The Giboney Foundation is a non-profit organization, founded in April 2020, with the mission of providing resources (financial via scholarships, experiential through access to internships, and mentorship) to under-served communities.
Our goal is to assist the next generation of leaders in exploring, obtaining, and advancing in various career paths where people of diverse backgrounds have been historically under represented.

The path forward is three-tiered:
- Working with youth and young adults to explore career paths and scholarship opportunities that have a limited representation of people with similar backgrounds and cultures
- Developing relationships with academic institutions and other organizations to assist in creating a path for young adults to follow their passions or gain exposure to new career options
- Working with leading organizations to assist in the creation of internships and long-term career development
