Logistics
Arrive May 30 and depart June 5, 2027. Extra nights before and after may be available for a fee upon request. Golf schedule subject to change based on local conditions.
Round-trip transfers from San José del Cabo International Airport (SJD) to Villa La Valencia, plus all transportation to and from the golf courses.
Highly recommended to cover illness, lost luggage or clubs, and weather-related travel. Many customers use AIG Travel Guard.

While the event will be capped at 70 players, resort room availability is limited. Book your spot early to ensure you have a room at the resort.

Fly into Los Cabos International Airport (airport code: SJD). We will have a transfer arranged to pick you up from the airport and take you to Villa La Valencia.
No. Airfare is not included so you can use your points, choose your carrier, or even extend your trip.
Yes. A valid passport is required for entry into Mexico and must not expire within six months of your travel dates. No visa is required for U.S. citizens. For more details, refer to the U.S. Department of State.
Los Cabos is one of Mexico's most-visited resort destinations, and hosts various professional golf, fishing, and other events. The group stays on a gated resort with 24/7 security, will travel via private transportation, and will have group hosts (Khary and Craig) onsite throughout the trip.
The retreat is about camaraderie, not competition. Optional friendly games and a group tournament format will be in play, but the goal is fun and fellowship!
Like a PGA Tour event, the handicapped, stroke-play tournament will run over the four rounds of the retreat. A first-place award of a one-week getaway in a studio room at any Villa Group resort (blackout dates 12/15–1/5) will be awarded to the net-score (handicap included) winner. It adds a bit of competitiveness, but it is primarily a fun golf getaway!
All meals, snacks, premium beverages, and in-room minibar at the resort. Spa treatments, off-property dining, and room service upgrades are additional.
Yes — and many do. Non-golfing partner packages are available so that special someone can enjoy the full resort experience!
We expect to return from golf by early afternoon, so participants will have the late afternoons and evenings free. Wednesday is a free day, so everyone can take advantage of tours, spa days, or a lazy day by the pool!
Cancel by submitting a request via email to info@curated-escapes.com. Cancellation before May 1 will receive a refund, minus a $500 non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be made after May 1. We strongly recommend travel insurance, which can cover cancellation for medical or family emergencies.
